FAQ

Most of the fine print, in plain English.

A few practical answers for weddings, corporate meetings, retreats, and private gatherings at Lakehouse.

  • No. Lakehouse events are managed through Jillian J Events. Outside planners, coordinators, vendors, rentals, staffing, setup, breakdown, and event logistics must be coordinated through Jillian and approved for the specific event.

  • Venue/event fees generally start at $11,000 for peak-season Saturday weddings and events (May through October), $6,500 for peak-season Friday weddings and events, $5,000 for non-peak weekend weddings and events (November through April), and $4,500 for midweek corporate, retreat, and social events in the non-peak season. Rooms, food, alcohol, rentals, staffing, taxes, security deposits, and event management are separate unless a written proposal says otherwise. For larger events and weddings, your event may require a tent and other rentals; groups should budget $4,000 to $10,000 for those rentals depending on their plans.

  • No. Lakehouse Inn is a guests-21-and-over-only property. No person under 21 may be present anywhere on the property at any time, including infants, children, vendor assistants, family members, wedding-party members, and visitors.

  • Yes! Seasonal lake, dock, kayak, paddleboard, and waterfront use is available only as allowed by Lakehouse policies, weather and safety conditions, written event approvals, and required lake waivers. Non-overnight attendees may not use the lake, dock, waterfront, or watercraft unless Lakehouse specifically approves that access in writing.
