Thank you for considering Lakehouse Inn for your event. As a five-star, adults-only lakefront inn located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in the Berkshires, we operate with a handful of guidelines designed to protect the guest experience, respect our neighbors, and preserve the unique character of the property. Please take a moment to review them below before submitting an inquiry.

All guests must be 21 and over.

Full property buyout (14 rooms) is required for weekend events during peak season.

Events at Lakehouse Inn are exclusively coordinated by Jillian J Events.

Amplified music must end at 10:00 p.m.

Outside vendors.
Lakehouse Inn provides the setting for your event, while catering, bartending, rentals, staffing, tents, and event logistics are arranged through the event coordinator and outside vendors
