Applications are made by completing this form. Retreat attendees who will also be staying at the inn pay a $500 deposit at registration (refundable until 6 weeks before the retreat), or the full amount if the retreat begins within 6 weeks. Attendees who will not be staying at the inn pay the full local fee at registration (refundable until 6 weeks before the retreat).

Check one. Rates are per attendee, single occupancy, for the full five-night week, and include lodging, breakfast each morning, all eight guided sessions, session refreshments, and the Sunday welcome mixer. 11.7% hotel tax will be added to all rates/fees

Please read the following conditions of registration:

  1. I understand the limited off-season services. Housekeeping is light touch-ups on request only. The front desk is open ipm to 4pm daily, and the bar is open only during front desk hours.

  2. I understand the deposit and cancellation policy. Inn guests: a $500 deposit holds my spot and is refundable until 6 weeks before the retreat; if I register within 6 weeks of the retreat, the full amount is due at registration. 'The balance (if any) is due 6 weeks before the retreat, after which payment is nonrefundable. Local attendees: the full local fee is due at registration and is non-refundable thereafter. The Lakehouse Inn reserves the right to cancel a retreat that does not meet minimum enrollment, in which case all payments are returned.

  3. I understand the house rules. All retreat attendees, whether they are also guests of the inn or not, must be 21 or over. No pets. No smoking. All retreat attendees must sign a lake waiver (either at check-in for guests of the inn or at arrival for attendees not staying at the inn). Additionally, all retreat attendees and hotel guests must adhere to the policies at lakehouseinnlee.com/policies.

  4. I understand that hotel guests receive first priority in filling retreats. If I am registering as a local attendee, my spot is confirmed on a space-available basis.

  5. If attending as a local attendee, I understand that I cannot make use of Lakehouse Inn facilities other than the common areas used for the retreat sessions; I cannot access the lake from Lakehouse Inn property; 1 cannot eat breakfast at the inn; and I will sign a lake waiver at check-in.

  6. I understand that the Lakehouse Inn reserves the right to cancel any and all retreats at any time, due to lack of registered attendees, an instructor who is unable to attend, damages at the Lakehouse Inn, or any other reason, and that if it does cancel an event, it will refund all monies paid by registered attendees of the event within 10 business days.
